Mona Shah the globally acknowledged academic, researcher and trainer, is also the well-known author of the book ‘Millennials: Poised To Lead’. She conducts pioneering competency- based programmes for real estate, urban infrastructure, smart cities and project management in India. Her pursuit of action learning and applied research has won her recognition and thought leadership in the built environment domain. She has led several industry, and government studies in the field of policy and projects. She is consulted by professional associations, and government agencies for matters related to the built environment. She has been an effective trainer since 1990 and has taken over 400 sessions for more than 2000 executives for leading government and blue- chip corporates in the country.

Formerly served as Dean at RICS School of Built Environment- Amity University, Delhi, Dean SOPRIM at the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, (NICMAR) Pune and Dean, India Institute of Real Estate, India.
