What Our Clients Say
“Dr. Shah is an excellent educator and a motivated leadership scholar and practitioner. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with her on a research project on leadership pedagogy, where we examined how students with and without work experience learnt leadership concepts differently, and how they could be taught leadership with better impact. Her zest for inducting new methodology into the curriculum made her invite me to teach leadership to students using case studies, an experience that both the students and I greatly benefited from. I enjoyed working with and learning from Dr. Shah, and am sure that her knowledge and experience will help her develop leaders and organizations, and help them grow to the next level and realize their full potential!”
“Dr. Mona N. Shah was my faculty at NICMAR Pune enrolled in the Executive Program. She engaged sessions in “Stakeholder Management” and “Infrastructure Development Policy”. I still remember, the intriguing way she would engage and interact with her students during the lectures – it always showed her passion and her subject depth. She would always make it a point to involve every single student in class though interesting interactions. Her assignments were truly unique not limiting ourselves to theory; rather they focused contemporary and globally relevant. As a student, I strongly feel academicians like Dr. Shah always ensure the learnings go way beyond the examination scores and successfully manifest a behavioural change in students.
“Before I was invited as a guest on the Imaginal Talk Series on Learning and Skills Development, I had been watching this show and found it a great source of knowledge sharing by industry experts. It was honour to be invited on the skills and competencies required in managing railway projects. The talks are worth following as they are well curated going in depth about not only the guest’s acquisition of skills but also the key technical skills necessary to succeed. The conversations appear easy and interesting, but truth be told, the questions are such that one has to really think deeply to draw out the best. During and after my session, feedback received was heartening. This effort is worth continuing and hope that in future also it will continue to benefit the new generation of engineers/ University Graduates. I wish all the success to the show and may it grow to become a top show on skills and competency development.”
“Prof. Mona Shah’s approach to teaching was motivational and dynamic. As a former student and contemporary professional, I continue to benefit to this day, as also my contemporaries. Hers was an unbeatable formula which made learning personal. Looking back our journey in the professional world began with her special knack ensuring a total ‘immersion’ in the learning which was not only theoretical. Perhaps, her effectiveness lies in the fact that she has a ‘social’ approach in carrying her responsibility. Even now as an avid viewer of the curated Imaginal Talk Series on Learning and Skills Development keeps me updated on key and contemporary skills and competencies essential in a variety of job roles. I have been guided by her for my master’s thesis which was a futuristic theme of the time, in green buildings. The manner in which she made us search for the data, develop a strong methodology and present our findings has benefited me beyond the good academic score. It taught me several life lessons like precision, proficiency and presentation of ideas too”.
“At the end of the six months coaching by Dr. Mona N. Shah, I have been able to make a clear mental shift towards achieving my goals and with an attitude that I am capable of being the best. Her energy and attitude enabled me to change and all around me can visibly see the difference in me.”
“Prof Mona Shah, conducted a training session on leadership for my team of engineers at Namrata Group. The methodology used was unique and inspiring. The best part was that the training was interactive and involved active participation from all. The team came away with ideas on how to ‘own’ one’s work, to lead by example in order to inspire team members. The training definitely gave direction and shapde their attitudes to align with the organizational Vision.
“Dr. Mona Shah is very passionate about her work and students. She has always tried to push you us to our limits to get the best out of oneself. Her vision has always been ahead of time. She has played a pivot role in designing various courses relevant to industry requirements. Her lectures on Leadership and Strategic Management have helped me develop a better perspective in my professional journey.”
“Thank you Ma’am! Excellent sessions with very clear understanding”.

What Our Reader Say
“There’s no time like the present to start with – Millennials Poised to Lead”
“Great info, I also ordered a paperback copy to give to my son.”
“This is a thought provoking, fascinating read. As the parent of a millennial, I was keen to learn more about my daughter’s generation and the book delivered on all counts. It is an interesting, well researched, in-depth analysis of the differences in the generations and the global linking up of millennials across the world. Having read and enjoyed this book I now feel I understand the dreams and frustrations of this generation much more clearly and really hope they will have a chance to shine and become the fabulous generation they are meant to be. I highly recommend the book.”
“Having done some research on generations and having a keen interest in management and leaders, I was interested to read this book and I’m so glad I did. The impact on how management needs to adapt, to include and engage millennials is clearly laid out while contextualising the dichotomies of the millennial generation. There is also a nod to how the millennials need to step into their generational purpose too. Millennials would also benefit from reading this book, with a mind to understanding their own generational dichotomies better while also gaining greater insight into the generations that went before them.”
“Mona Shah beautifully weaves together a narrative encapsulating the exasperation, amusement and amazement that the earlier generations feel toward the Millennials. As a millenial myself, this book connects with me on several levels.”
“I can honestly say I did not expect to be so engrossed with this book, but the author made it so interesting I found it hard to put down. I especially enjoyed reading the breakdown of the millennial generation from different regions of the globe. The books is well-researched and sourced, and features lots of personal accounts. This is a book all generations can enjoy and learn from!”
“Being a millennial myself, the book was a deep experience on understanding who I am. What I considered as a flaw in me turned out to be a characteristic trait of the millennials that gets them poised to lead. The Author has definitely created a book, what could be considered a must read for all generations. It's was interesting for me to discover what makes my generations do the things they do. A well- articulated book about a topic that everyone should at least once read about.”
